Each customer's data is theirs and theirs alone. Nothing is shared between users. Your Telegram session reads only the chats you have chosen, your configuration is yours, your history is yours and your trades are yours. No other user sees any of that, neither directly nor indirectly.
We never store your MetaTrader account password. We do not ask for it, we do not need it, and it is in none of our databases.
| Data | What for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your Telegram id and name | To identify you and notify you | While you have an account |
| Your Telegram phone number | To open the session that reads the chats you choose | While you have an account |
| Your Telegram session, encrypted | To read the chats you choose | Until you log out |
| The channels you choose and their configuration | To provide the service | While you have an account |
| The messages of those channels and how they were interpreted | So you can see what was decided and why | While you have an account |
| The images those channels post | So they can be read if you turn that option on, which is off by default | While you have an account |
| Your terminals (broker, server, account number, balance) | To execute and to calculate risk | While the terminal is linked |
| Your copier orders and positions | Your history and your statistics | While you have an account |
| Billing data | To charge and to comply with tax law | As long as the law requires |
| Technical logs (connections, errors) | Security and diagnosis | While you have an account |
Today this data is kept while you have an account and disappears when you delete it. We are preparing automatic deletion of the text and images of messages after 90 days, keeping only the aggregate afterwards; when it is running we will say so here with its date.
Reading third-party channels requires a user session: Telegram bots cannot do it. That is why, when you connect your Telegram, an encrypted session is stored on our server.
What we do with it: read the messages of the chats you have chosen and list your chats while you are choosing. Nothing else. We do not send messages on your behalf, we do not read your private conversations, we do not access your contacts and we do not publish anything.
The session is kept stored so that you do not have to log in again every time you open the app or a signal arrives. You can close it whenever you want from the app, or from Telegram → Settings → Devices, and it disappears from our server.
The system learns the format each channel publishes in: how it presents its messages and which parts repeat. That is stored against the channel and serves to read what it writes better.
It is information about the format of a third-party public channel, not about you: it does not include who follows it, nor your configuration, nor your trades, nor any data of yours.
Nobody, other than what is indispensable to provide the service:
We do not sell data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not pass data to third parties for commercial purposes.
The system runs on servers in Europe. If in future we were to process data in another country, we would do so with the safeguards required by the applicable law and we would say so here.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, erase it, restrict it, object to a processing, or take it with you. To delete your account, ask through the bot: we delete your configuration, your session, your phone number and your history, and we confirm when it is done. We resolve it within a reasonable time and never longer than the law allows. Billing data is retained for as long as tax law requires.
If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country.
We encrypt data in transit and sensitive data at rest, we sign the orders that travel to your terminal, we limit and log internal access, and we keep each customer's data separate.
And we say this plainly because it is the truth: no system connected to the internet is absolutely secure. We do what is reasonable and we keep it updated, but we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur, and we are not answerable for incidents outside our control — failures of external providers, attacks that overcome reasonable measures — nor for those originating on your side: your device compromised, your Telegram account breached, or your credentials shared.
Should a breach affecting your data occur, we will tell you and we will notify the authorities where the law requires it.
The service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we detect a minor's account, we close it and delete their data.
Through the Telegram bot @nortesignalsbot, which is the official and fastest channel, or through the form at nortesignals.com. To exercise any of your rights it is enough to write to us from the Telegram account you use for the service.
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published here with its date; relevant changes are announced through the bot.
