Norte Copier is an automation tool. It reads the messages of the Telegram channels you choose, interprets them according to the configuration you define, and sends orders to your MetaTrader terminal.
It is not financial or investment advice. It is not account management or discretionary management. We are not a broker, an intermediary or a payment institution. We never hold your money: we have no access to your funds and we cannot move or withdraw them.
Within this service we do not provide signals. The signals belong to the channels you connect and to their authors.
We make the rules available to you; we do not impose them. The engine has no criteria of its own: how much risk you accept, which channels you listen to, which messages count as a signal, when to trade and when not to — all of it comes from your configuration.
Consequently, you are responsible for your use of the tool and for the trades that result from it. What the copier does is what you configured it to do, applied to messages published by a third party you chose.
Before you activate a channel you have shadow mode, which shows you what it would have done without risking money. Using it is your decision; so is not using it.
You must be of legal age in your country and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. The service is not available to anyone under 18. Nor is it available to residents of countries under international sanctions or where this activity is prohibited; if we become aware that you are one, we will close the account.
Your account is personal and non-transferable and is linked to your Telegram account. You are answerable for everything that happens under it.
By connecting a channel you declare that you have the right to access its content. If it is a paid channel, complying with its conditions is your responsibility; if its author forbids automating their signals, respecting that is too.
We have no relationship, agreement or partnership with signal providers. We do not verify them, do not endorse them, and are not answerable for what they publish, for their quality, for their continuity or for what they charge. A channel appearing in our statistics is not a recommendation.
The statistics we show are calculations over historical data, indicative and without contractual value.
We never ask for your MetaTrader account password, and you must not give it to anyone claiming to represent us. The program that executes the orders lives inside your own terminal, which is already authenticated. If somebody asks you for it in our name, it is not us.
The copier sends orders; it does not control the market or your broker. We do not guarantee that an order will be executed, nor at what price, nor at what moment, nor with what latency.
An order may fail to execute, or execute differently than expected, for reasons such as: your terminal switched off or disconnected, outages of Telegram, of the internet or of our servers, maintenance, broker rejection, insufficient margin, spreads, slippage, minimum stop levels, symbols that do not exist at your broker, restricted instruments, or changes to your account.
Shadow mode is a simulation over historical candles from your broker: it says what would have happened according to that record; it does not guarantee that the real outcome would have been that one, because a real trade would have had its own slippage and its own execution.
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, indices, commodities and leveraged products carries a high risk of loss, including the total loss of your capital. Past results, your own or a channel's, do not predict future results. Automating does not reduce risk: it executes it faster.
We promise no profits, no win rate and no return. Any figure we publish is historical and descriptive.
If you use the copier on a proprietary trading firm account, complying with their rules is your responsibility: loss limits, trading hours, prohibited instruments, copying between accounts and the use of automated tools. We are not answerable for the loss of a funded account or of its fee.
The following is not permitted: reselling, sublicensing or offering the service as your own; using it to manipulate the market or for any unlawful purpose; redistributing a channel's signals to people who have no right to receive them; attempting to access parts of the system that are not yours; reverse engineering the program; automating the mass extraction of data from the service; or sharing your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this, with notice where possible and immediately where the breach is serious.
Trial: 7 days of the Pro plan, free and with no card. It is the way to see the complete service before paying anything. One trial per person; detecting multiple accounts used to repeat it is grounds for closure.
In addition, the Shadow plan is free with no time limit: you can see indefinitely what the copier would have done with your channels without paying.
Payments are made inside Telegram, with Telegram Stars. We neither ask for nor process card data: the charge is handled by Telegram. The prices in force are those published on the site.
The monthly plan renews automatically unless cancelled, which you can do at any time from Telegram and which takes effect at the end of the paid period. The quarterly and yearly plans are a single payment: they do not renew by themselves, they expire on their date, and we warn you beforehand so you can decide.
Refunds. Because we offer a complete free trial before payment, payments are non-refundable, except in these cases: a duplicate or erroneous charge; a failure attributable to us that prevents use of the service and that we do not resolve within a reasonable time; or where the law of your country requires it. Where a refund is due, it is made by the same payment method and in the same form in which it was received.
Discounts and coupons are not cumulative with each other, unless expressly stated. Each coupon has its own conditions, its expiry and its usage limit.
We work to keep the service continuously available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, incidents or external causes. We may modify, add or withdraw features. If we withdraw a feature that is essential to your plan, you may cancel and we will refund the unused proportional part.
We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; the change never affects a period already paid for.
We apply security measures appropriate to the sector: encryption in transit and of sensitive data at rest, signing of the orders we send to your terminal, access control and logging, and separation between each customer's data.
That said, with the honesty the subject demands: no system connected to the internet is absolutely secure, and nobody can guarantee otherwise. We do not guarantee that the service will be free of unauthorised access, and we are not answerable for incidents caused by third parties outside our control, for failures of external providers, or for access arising from causes on your side: your device compromised, your Telegram account breached, your credentials shared, or the loss of your second factor.
Should a security breach affecting your data occur, we will tell you and will notify the authorities where the law requires it.
The service depends on third parties: Telegram, your broker, your internet provider, our infrastructure and payment providers. We are not answerable for their failures, changes of terms, suspensions or decisions. If Telegram limits, suspends or closes your account, or changes its rules in a way that prevents the service, that is not our responsibility.
How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
The program, the interface, the documentation and the Norte Copier brand are ours. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive right of use while your subscription is in force. The messages of the channels you connect belong to their authors; we only process them in order to provide you with the service.
You will hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from your use of the service, from breach of these terms, or from your infringement of others' rights, including reasonable defence costs. This includes, in particular, claims by a signal provider whose content you have automated or redistributed without the right to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not answerable for trading losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or the acts of third parties.
Our total aggregate liability to you, for any cause, will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to it.
None of this excludes liability that by law cannot be excluded, such as wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
We are not answerable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control: catastrophes, widespread network or power outages, large-scale attacks, decisions of authorities, regulatory changes, or interruptions of essential providers.
You may stop using the service whenever you wish. We may close your account for breach, for a legal obligation, or because the service ceases; in that last case we will refund the unused proportional part. Clauses that by their nature must survive — liability, indemnity, intellectual property — remain in force after termination.
Assignment: you may not assign your account or these terms; we may assign them in the event of a reorganisation or sale of the business, without worsening your conditions. Severability: if a clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force. No waiver: not exercising a right on one occasion does not mean we waive it. Entire agreement: these terms, the privacy policy and the risk warning are the agreement between us. Notices: we will write to you through the Telegram bot, which is the official channel. Language: the Spanish version is the governing one; translations are provided as a courtesy.
Before going to court, both parties undertake to try to resolve any dispute in good faith for 30 days from the first written claim. Write to us through the Telegram bot, which is the official channel, and we will answer.
Norte Copier is an online service provided at a distance. You fully retain the rights granted to you by the mandatory law of your country of residence, including consumer rights, and nothing in these terms limits them, waives them, or requires you to litigate outside where you live.
If a competent authority were to hold any clause of these terms inapplicable in your country, that clause is replaced by the corresponding legal provision and the rest remains in force.
We may update them. The version in force is the one published here with its date. Relevant changes are announced through the bot with reasonable advance notice; continuing to use the service after that date means accepting them.
